Mee Siam & Mee Soto Delivery for Parties in Singapore

Two of Singapore's best-loved noodle dishes, made for parties. Our Mee Siam Set brings the tangy, spicy-sweet gravy; our Mee Soto Set brings the fragrant chicken broth that is not spicy, so kids love it too. Both come with the gravy packed hot and the noodles and toppings packed separately, so your guests build their own bowl, hawker-style, at home or in the office.

How many bowls do I need?

Each set makes small party bowls or bigger meal bowls, depending on how you portion the noodles. As a rough guide:

Guests As a side dish As the main meal
6 Small set Small set (6 big bowls)
9 Small set Regular set
12 Regular set Regular set (12 big bowls)
18 Regular set 2 Small sets or Regular + Small
30 or more Combine sets, or see bentos below for individual boxes

Small: about 9 small bowls or 6 big bowls. Regular: about 18 small bowls or 12 big bowls. For a mixed spread with popiah, satay or Kueh Pie Tee, plan on 1 small bowl per guest. Our Party Planner works out the whole menu for any headcount.

How to set up a noodle station at home

  1. Keep the gravy hot. It arrives hot in a sealed container. Pour it into a pot over low heat, or a thermal pot or slow cooker on "keep warm". Don't boil it.
  2. Loosen the noodles. Dip a portion of bee hoon (or yellow mee for mee soto) in the hot gravy for a few seconds and strain it into a bowl.
  3. Lay out the toppings in small bowls so guests help themselves: egg, taupok and chives for mee siam; shredded chicken, celery and fried shallots for mee soto.
  4. Ladle and finish. Ladle gravy over the noodles, add toppings, then a squeeze of lime and chilli to taste.

Serve within 2 hours of delivery. The gravy can be kept warm throughout the party; just don't let it boil down.

Feeding an office? Try the bento

For working lunches and events where everyone eats at their desk, our Dry Mee Siam Bento is the easier option: stir-fried dry mee siam with egg strips, chives and crispy beancurd, individually boxed at $6.90 each, from 20 boxes, ordered 48 hours ahead. See all our bento catering options, including Swatow glutinous rice.

Build a local party spread

Mee siam and mee soto pair well with our other party favourites: a DIY popiah set to roll at the table, satay for grazing, crispy Kueh Pie Tee, and orh nee or a muah chee set for dessert. Prefer laksa? See our DIY laksa catering page.
