Our central kitchen is MUIS Halal-certified, and so is most of our menu, including Popiah (skins and fillings), Golden Popiah, Kueh Pie Tee, Laksa, Muah Chee, Ayam Koro Bun, Orh Nee, Smoked 'Peking' Duck and more.

A few newer items, such as the Rojak Set, are not yet certified. Each product page shows its halal status below the "Add to Cart" button.

Yes. Our sets are DIY, so just leave out the non-vegetarian items when assembling:

• Popiah: omit the egg and sambal chilli.
• Rojak: omit the cuttlefish.
• Hearty Mushroom Soup: vegetarian as it is.

Golden Popiah and Smoked 'Peking' Duck contain meat and seafood. Not sure? WhatsApp our team.

Just premium flour and water, rubbed by hand into thin, soft sheets that wrap without tearing. Our founder perfected this hand-rubbed technique in 1980.

Absolutely! Customers also deep-fry them into crispy spring rolls (Popiah Goreng) or fold them into samosas.

• Delivery: flat $18, minimum order $50.
• Self-collection: from our Bedok Central Kitchen, no minimum.

Festive periods may have different minimums and fees.

• Most items: at least 24 hours ahead, before 5 PM.
• Satay, Finger Food Platters & High Tea sets: at least 48 hours ahead. Not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Festive periods & large corporate events: at least 5 working days ahead.

Orders are final once placed, so please check your date, time slot and address before checking out.

If you must cancel or change, email sales@fortunefood.sg or call 6243 2118. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy: 50% if 2 days before your order day, 30% if 1 day before, none on the day.

• Mini set: about 9 rolls.
• Regular set: about 15 rolls.

For parties, our Fortune Bundles are planned for 5 to 30 guests. Planning something bigger? Contact us.

Please enjoy everything within 2 hours of delivery or collection. If you're eating later, keep fillings and desserts refrigerated.

Fresh is best! We handmake our skins daily, so eat them on the same day.

• Room temperature: keep airtight and use within 6 hours.
• When serving: cover with a damp cloth to keep them soft.
• Overnight: not recommended for fresh eating, as skins turn brittle.

Not if you plan to eat them fresh. For deep-frying later, you can freeze them for up to one week.

No, but you can add Disposable Cutleries to your order.

Yes! Our skilled staff wrap fresh popiah on-site for your guests. Popular for corporate events, weddings and large private parties.

Email events@fortunefood.sg at least 1 to 2 weeks ahead. Festive dates book up quickly, so earlier is better.

Our free loyalty club. Members earn Huat Points on every order (1 Huat Point for every $1 spent, before GST and delivery), plus bonus points for signing up, on their birthday and for leaving a review. Join by creating an account at checkout or signing in.

In your cart, tap Redeem next to a reward and the discount is applied straight away. You can also redeem from the The Huat Club tab in your account or the rewards button on our site.

• 200 Huat Points = $5 off
• 380 Huat Points = $10 off
• 700 Huat Points = $25 off

Coupons are for orders of $100 or more and are not applicable to bundles or CNY menu items. Each coupon is valid for 6 months.

Huat Points stay active as long as you order or redeem at least once a year. Points with no activity for 12 months expire, and we email you 30 days and 3 days before that happens.
