DIY Laksa Set @ $64 (~18 small bowls per set)

Humble bowl of epic flavours! Our take on laksa, one of Singapore's national dishes! Instead of the traditionally heavy servings one might find in a hawker centre, we've gone with smaller, single-portion servings perfect for gatherings!

DIY Laksa Set

Must-try Fortune Laksa Gravy

Rich, and savoury, with just the right balance of spice and coconut milk - guaranteed to tickle your tastebuds! We've thrown in fresh servings of taupok to soak up all that delicious gravy, and to infuse your laksa with added flavour and richness!

DIY Laksa Tips from the Guru:

How do we keep the gravy warm?

We've got a few options:
  • Pour the gravy into a steel pot and place over low heat (do not let it boil, as the gravy will become saltier over time as it constantly boils)
  • Pour the gravy into a thermal pot
  • Reheat gravy using a microwave (We've provided a microwavable box for your convenience!)

For an amazingly warm and hearty bowl of laksa

Soak and strain portioned Bee Hoon in the laksa gravy - repeat it 1 to 2 times to "heat up" the Bee Hoon and finally add gravy in bowl and viola - you've got yourself a nice warm bowl of laksa!

Don't have a strainer?

Fret not, you can use a ladle (or even a spoon) to hold the bee hoon in place, and tilt the bowl slightly to let the gravy flow back into the pot.

Got leftover gravy?

Use your leftovers as a great dipping sauce for a fresh loaf of sliced baguette or any other bread loaves!

‘ZHNG’ your Laksa!

If you're not a seafood eater, don't fret!

Simply replace the prawns with shredded chicken, or any other meat you're currently craving!
