Our crew spoons the turnip filling into each crisp shell, adds the toppings and a sprig of coriander, and hands it straight to your guest. Because nothing is filled ahead of time, every cup is as crunchy as the first.

What's in our Kueh Pie Tee

Our handmade shells are thin, golden and crisp. Each cup is filled only when your guest is ready, so the shell never has time to go soft.

  • Handmade Kueh Pie Tee shells: thin, golden and crisp.
  • Slow-cooked turnip with carrot: soft, sweet and savoury.
  • Sweet sauce and garlic chilli: for a little sweetness and heat.
  • Crispy bits and grated peanuts: for crunch.
  • Egg and coriander: to finish each cup.

Our Kueh Pie Tee has no prawns.
