Ordering, Payment & Cancellation

You can either order online or call us at 6243 2118.

A confirmation email sent from Fortune Food to the customer's prior specified email address will serve to confirm that the order is accepted. If you did not receive an email after 24 hours please contact us at 62432118.

Customers are strongly encouraged to check the details of their order such as the date & time of delivery, all contact information as well as the accuracy of the ordered items before sending in the much appreciated payment. A $20.00 admin fee will apply to any amendments to such information.

The minimum amount of leadtime for placing an order online (completed order with payment in order) for island-wide delivery is one-calendar day, before 5PM. Pickup and delivery orders placed after 5PM will only qualify for fulfillment two calendar days onwards.

We recommend that customers send in their orders at least 2 working-days and 5 working-days (festive) in advance from the desired day of their order, in case the production threshold has been reached.

Please make sure that you have received an Order Confirmation email from us. If you did not receive it, that means your order was not successful. 

Amendment - In the event of amendments made within three or less number working days to the fulfilment date. An admin fee of $20.00 is chargeable for any changes made each time with reference to the last updated order.

We accept online payments via PayPal using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit cards.

You do not require a PayPal account to be able to make payments using any of the above cards. Payment instructions will be provided during the payment process.

We accept credit term payment only for legitimate business entities.

Any promotions offered via our website are exclusively applicable for all completed orders made via our website.

A fee of $20 will be imposed to make any changes to any order that has been accepted and confirmed.

We do not store your credit card information longer than it takes to complete the transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is automatically deleted.

Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation made more than three working days to the fulfilment date. A 25% forfeiture on the paid original amount and an admin fee of $20.00 is chargeable. Customer will receive a 75% refund on the paid original amount by the original mode of payment. For credit terms / e-invoice customers, 25% of the invoice value and admin fee of $20 is chargeable.


Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation made within two - three working days to the fulfilment date. A 50% forfeiture on the paid original amount and an admin fee of $20.00 is chargeable. Customer will receive a 50% refund on the paid original amount by the original mode of payment. For credit terms / e-invoice customers, 50% of the invoice value and admin fee of $20 is chargeable.


Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation made within 24 hours prior to event date, a 100% forfeiture on the paid original amount is chargeable. No refunds will be made to the customer. For credit terms / e-invoice customers, 100% of the invoice value is chargeable.


If cancellation is made after order is dispatched, customers will be required to pay the FULL amount of the order and there shall be no refund of any payment received.


Delivery & Pick-up

The minimum amount spent for an order to qualify for an island-wide delivery is $70.

A standard island-wide delivery fee of $15 for door-to-door food delivery service is applicable for each unique delivery address.

Sorry, we do not deliver orders below $70.00. We will inform our customers if this becomes available in the future. Kindly select Pick-up at our Main Kitchen.

All deliveries will be scheduled for delivery within the selected 2 hour time slot found within the checkout process. Fortune Food and our third party delivery professionals are unable to foresee possible scenarios such as traffic conditions, security clearances (if any) and any unfortunate incidents outside reasonable human control which will affect the punctuality and quality of the delivery.

If you would like it to reach at a particular time, it is recommended that you select Pick-up instead.


We can put in a request for the food to try and reach you between 4-5pm however this cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure that there will be someone at home between 3-5pm. There are also instances where customers are ok with us leaving the food at their doorsteps. However, please take note that we will not be responsible if the food are stolen or tampered with.

Door to door delivery is only available for residential orders. 

Delivery to office/industrial buildings (i.e.CBD area, hotels, chalets, commercial building, hospitals etc.) Customers are required to pick-up their items at the guardhouse/drop-off. Whilst every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like strict security controls/act-of-God or traffic/parking restrictions may cause inconvenience to our delivery. We reserve the right to request customers to meet our delivery representative for collection.

Deliveries to schools will be sent to the General Office only. If the food needs to be sent to other rooms for consumption, customers will have to transfer the food by themselves.

We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Airline House and vicinity, public parks and any other places which does not have a fixed unit number. We also do not deliver to places where a change of security pass is required.

It is our company policy not to deliver to any premises that requires a change of pass. If you need to place an order to such location, our driver can meet you at the guard house and you can make arrangement to come out and collect except for AIRLINE HOUSE and vicinity which we do not send at all.

There is certain restriction in our delivery system and we are not able to accurately state which postal code we do not send to. Fortune Food reserves the right to reject any delivery location which it cannot fulfill.

If your order arrived late, we will waive the delivery charge.

Yes you may change the location of the collection if you inform us 1 day in advance within office hours. Request forwarded to us via email cannot be confirmed until you receive a confirmation reply from us.

The advanced order is to enable us to make sure that the goods is available for you to pick up but it does not mean that you do not need to queue.

Please make sure you quote the phone number which you used to place the order.

We recommend customers to come collect from our main kitchen even though its slightly further. Parking is very convenient and as there is no retail sales, the queue is generally faster than at hawker centers.

Our DIY Party Sets already includes the add-ons. If you need more than what is provided, you can order more.

Please note that all condiments will be packed as a standard package and no exchange is allowed.

Food ordered for delivery and or purchased from our main kitchen are Halal certified. 

Please refer to the storage instructions enclosed. While we endeavor to provide you with a recommended storage method, we cannot be responsible should the food turns bad as we do not use preservatives.

All our products are prepared daily and are intended to be consumed within 3 hours upon receiving.

We are unable to account for the integrity, taste and texture of any of our products which was to be intentionally consumed after 3 hours upon receiving.

We accept no liabilities for any order sold from a third-party reseller.

Customers are encouraged to practice common sense and discretion when it comes to storing it (e.g. refrigeration etc) and reheating (e.g. using a microwave etc).

Our company is providing a delivery service for our customer’s convenience and we are not a food catering company. Therefore setups, cutlery and disposables are not provided. Customers will need to prepare by themselves.

All our DIY Party Sets are packed in microwavable disposable plastic containers. 

1 set of DIY Popiah can make minimum 15 rolls. Depending on how many rolls you would like to give per guest and whether you have other food. You can then estimate how many rolls you need and we will be able to advise on how many sets you need to order.

Our Popiah is considered vegetarian if you don’t put chili (which contains dried prawn), garlic and egg.

Yes, only DIY Popiah Set can be ordered at 1.5 sets. All the other items is strictly 1 or 2 sets.

The condiments such as peanut, crispy, sweet sauce and chili etc. are packed separately in plastic containers. 

1 Set of DIY Kueh Pie Ti set can make 50 pcs of Kueh Pie Ti. It is normally enough for about 15-20 person depending on how many each person takes.

Kueh Pie Ti shell contains egg and the chili contains garlic which is only suitable for certain vegetarians.

1 Set of DIY Laksa can make about 18-20 small bowls

Laksa is not suitable for vegetarian as the Laksa gravy contains dried prawn.

Customers can order extra Laksa gravy as the ‘bee hoon’ is normally more than enough according to customer’s feedback? 

1 Set of Laksa contains 3kg of Laksa gravy.

Please note that all cutlery and disposables are not provided. Customers will need to prepare by themselves.

1 Set of Muah Chee can make about 15-20 servings.

Our Muah Chee is considered vegetarian if the fried shallot is not added.

1 Set of DIY Ayam Koro Bun can make 15 pieces.

Sorry but the Koro Buns are not available for sale separately.

We use chicken thigh meat for our DIY Ayam Koro Bun Set.

Please consume the food within 2 hours upon arrival. If you need to eat it at a later time, please keep the food refrigerated to maintain freshness as we do not put preservatives in our food. 

Yes, you can keep the food. However, we cannot guarantee that the food will not go bad as we do not put preservatives in our food.
