Overall experience is great. Special shoutout to the muah chee and satay add-on - they were really nice. But would be better if the food came in one carrier as shown in advertisement, rather than in 5 different plastic bags.

No confirmation

I think there was no confirmation of order and I wasn’t sure if the food would be arriving on the delivery date. The office line was also hard to get through. It would be better if the experience can be more assuring.
