Laksa Set

How do we keep the gravy warm?
We've got a few options:
- Pour the gravy into a steel pot and place over low heat (do not let it boil, as the gravy will become saltier over time as it constantly boils)
- Pour the gravy into a thermal pot
- Reheat gravy using a microwave (We've provided a microwavable box for your convenience!)

For an amazingly warm and hearty bowl of laksa
Soak and strain portioned Bee Hoon in the laksa gravy - repeat it 1 to 2 times to "heat up" the Bee Hoon and finally add gravy in bowl and viola - you've got yourself a nice warm bowl of laksa!

Don't have a strainer?
Fret not, you can use a ladle (or even a spoon) to hold the bee hoon in place, and tilt the bowl slightly to let the gravy flow back into the pot.

Got leftover gravy?
Use your leftovers as a great dipping sauce for a fresh loaf of sliced baguette or any other bread loaves!

If you're not a seafood eater, don't fret!
Simply replace the prawns with shredded chicken, or any other meat you're currently craving!

Is it halal?

Yes — this set is MUIS halal-certified and prepared in our halal-certified central kitchen.

How far in advance should I order?

Order by 5pm for next-day delivery, or by 8pm for next-day self-collection. Both are available from 9am the next day.

Do you deliver?

Yes — delivery is $18 (minimum order $50). Self-collection at our Bedok central kitchen, 9am–5pm, is free.

How long can the food be left out?

Please enjoy everything within 2 hours of delivery or collection. If you're eating later, keep it refrigerated.

Is cutlery included?

No cutlery is provided. You can add Disposable Cutleries to your order.
