Classic peanut or black sesame

Our glutinous rice dough is made to be soft, pillowy and chewy, yet it holds its texture and shape through a long event. Each portion is cut and coated only when your guest is ready, so it stays soft and fresh.

• Classic: Fortune glutinous rice dough, grated peanuts mixed with fine sugar, and minced fried shallot.

Both classic and black sesame muah chee are $3.50 a portion (before GST). Crew, delivery and set-up are added based on your guest count, serving time and date. One crew member serves about 60 to 80 portions an hour, so the number of crew depends on how many guests you have and how long they will be eating.

Our live station works as a fully staffed muah chee booth: our crew arrives 30 minutes early to set up, makes every portion fresh for your guests, and clears up afterwards. You pay for the muah chee by the portion, plus crew, delivery and set-up, and we can bring tables at $30 each if your venue has none. For long events, the booth can run for the whole day.

We bring the food, prepared fresh at our halal-certified kitchen, preparation boards, ingredient bowls and warmers, disposable plates and cutlery for every guest, and our crew from set-up to clearing.

You provide long tables (ideally 1500 × 700 mm), one power socket, and about 2 m × 2 m of floor space per station. No tables at your venue? We can bring ours at $30 each.

Our classic muah chee is coated in grated peanuts, and the black sesame version contains sesame. Please let guests with allergies know.
